Rajat Bedi’s father, Narinder Bedi, was a much respected film director, maker of noted Hindi films like Adalat with Amitabh Bachchan, Bandhan with Rajesh Khanna, Sanam Teri Kasam with Kamal Haasan, and many others. His grandfather, the famous Padmashree awardee writer Rajinder Singh Bedi made award winning films like Dastak with Sanjeev Kumar; and the evergreen, memorable Phagun and Satyakam with Dharmendra.
Rajat’s first film Do Hazaar Ek, saw him play the lead role opposite Tabu. Soon followed mega blockbuster’s like Partner, with Salman Khan and Govinda; and International Khiladi with Akshay Kumar. The Hero: Love Story of a Spy, and Chor Machaye Shor with Bobby Deol. Jodi No. 1, with both Amitabh and Govinda, and Koi Mil Gaya with Hritik Roshan In a short span of three years, Rajat had worked in more than forty films.
Rajat heads the company with all his business acumen and is also spearheading Dalmora entertainment, a Canada based Film producing company, having produced Punjabi blockbuster films like “ PUNJAB 1984, SARDARJI,” and currently under production “ RETURN OF SARDARJI “.
